This exceptional property was a bit of a challenge, the condo itself was amazing but the homeowners association and building were plagued by builder flaws and developer lawsuits. Despite it all, we had an elaborate marketing plan that included virtual tours, video, and professional photography which are just a few of the highlights of the top-notch services I offer my clients.
I represented the seller of this stunning condo at The Residences at The Intercontinental Hotel on Boston's Waterfront. This full service building offers it's residents exceptional 5-star amenities and service, from in-house dining, dog walkers, housekeeping and access to the hotel spa and fitness rooms. I was able to prequalify buyers and secure a strong price for this seller after we put together a marketing plan that included some light renovations, painting and staging.
I have worked with these clients on a number of transactions in Boston. This sale was a bit of a challenge as we launched at the start of the pandemic. The seller trusted the process and we ultimately obtained a strong sales price reflective of pre-pandemic numbers.
