It's always important to remember that NO home is perfect. Let's make sure that the home you're purchasing is structurally safe and sound. A great home inspector can educate you about repairs, maintenance and red flags. I've got short list of wonderful inspectors to share too! What inspections should have? Home, pest, lead, radon, mold? If you're buying a home in any market (buyer or seller), it's important to know what is happening. Are we in a seller's market?  How many new homes typically hit the market each week? What is the average list price to sale price ratio? How fast are homes selling? All great questions and I'm here to guide you through. William Raveis also has wonderful technology that helps me to educate buyers on today's market trends - by neighborhood, price point, type of home etc. I provide my clients with a market analysis before we even write the offer.
